Having grown up in Wichita Falls as the daughter of two real estate professionals, Walt and Jean Berry, I developed an early appreciation for what is “at stake” for each individual involved in a real estate transaction. The combination of the practical and the emotional issues involved make buying and selling your home a truly significant event and having the guidance of a knowledgeable, ethical, and committed Realtor can greatly alleviate the stress that can accompany making such a big decision. Prior to beginning my real estate career, I received my BBA at Midwestern State University and worked for several years in customer service management. I am committed to providing excellent service for all my clients and believe that every person has unique wants and needs that must be thoroughly understood by their real estate professional if they are to be met. After having lived in many different cities for several years, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to return to my hometown of Wichita Falls and feel that we truly have a special community that has a lot to offer its residents. I can think of no other place where I would want to live and to raise my family. In my many moves over the years, I have learned from personal experience the difference that having the right Realtor can make. I have had some very positive and some extremely frustrating experiences in buying/selling my own homes and have learned a great deal about what makes the difference in determining my own perception of the process. I know that my expectations are high and I strive to meet those same expectations for my clients.
