Don't tell my fellow North Dakotans, but after growing up, going to college (Minot State University) and spending 22 years up North, and then moving to Texas, I've come to realize that I may have been a Texan at heart all along. Having met and married my husband, Robert Ruff, who transferred from the Northeast and is now an officer with the Wichita Falls Police Department, together we have made Wichita Falls our home. I appreciate the beauty, mild winters, and how friendly the Wichita Falls community really is. Having served in the Air Force in the area of finance and accounting, coupled with years of helping my dad on the farm in North Dakota, I appreciate a challenge.
