Jody Brannon, a North Texas native, was born and raised in the area and continues his strong ties to the community. A graduate of Vernon High School and of Texas Tech University, Jody received a BBA degree majoring in General Business. While a student at Tech, Jody worked for McDougal Properties for more than two years. Jody's real world education in real estate developed as he worked and learned from the owner/broker of Hirschi Realtors. Jody believes the most important traits to possess in real estate business are honesty, integrity, and a willingness to go the extra mile. He takes pride in all that he does, and puts the interest of his clients before all others, including his own. In a relatively short amount of time, Jody has become a Multi-Million Dollar Producer at Hirschi Realtors, and was named Rising Star of the Year in 2006 by the WFAR. Jody was nominated as the Vice Chairman of the 2007 Education Committee and is also a part of the New Ideas Committee.
