Hello. My name is JAY MCWHORTER, I am a native of Archer County and I have always lived in the Wichita Falls area. I started my career in real estate at Hirschi Realtors in 1993 and I love to assist Buyers' and Sellers' achieve their dreams. I realize that buying or selling a home can be a very overwhelming activity, but I will do my utmost to make it pleasurable. To my list of credits is my wife, Lydia, who works as my licensed assitant to better serve our clients. Aside from real estate, we enjoy suburban living with our two sons, Cole and Tye. We particularly enjoy showing both horses and livestock, and calf and team roping. My real estate education includes ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), courses sponsored by the Residential Sales Council of the National Association of Realtors, courses sponsored by the Texas Association of Realtors, Vernon Regional Jr. College, and computer courses. I have been recognized by Hirschi Realtors for the past 14 years as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, in 1994 received the Hirschi Realtors Rising Star Award, and in 2001 was honored with the Salesperson of The Year Award by the Association of Realtors. I was on the Board of Directors for Wichita Falls Association Of Realtors, and on several committees which include: Computer research, Membership, and Entertainment.
