For more than 39 years Doc Anderson has served the Wichita Falls area and Hirschi Realtors in the capacities of full-time agent, co-owner and company president (1983 to 1990) and supervisor of commercial services. Doc holds a B.S. Degree in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, was in the U.S. Navy, and at home is active in First Christian Church, Rotary Club and the YMCA. Doc has also served as a director of the Wichita Falls Board of Commerce and Industry. In 1990, Doc sold his interest in Hirschi Realtors to devote full-fime to listings and sales. He is a consistent top-producer, involved in the growth and revitalization of Wichita Falls, was recognized in 1995 as the Silver Service Award winner for the Wichita Falls Association of Realtors and was also recognized in 2006 as the WFAR's Sales Person Of The Year. His services include site selection and acquisition, build and lease-back feasibility studies, land survey and platting, and building permit acquisition. Doc has been involved with the following entities in real estate acquisition, leasing and sales.
